Delivery methods

  • Nova Poshta;

Orders are processed within one business day. Order fulfillment takes 1 to 2 days on average. You can check the specific date of order receipt on the Nova Poshta website after the goods have been shipped.

When receiving your order, you must have your passport or driver's license with you. Payment methods:

  • Payment by bank transfer;
  • Cash or card upon receipt of goods

If the buyer refuses to accept goods of good quality in undamaged packaging after delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker, the money for the unclaimed goods will be returned to the buyer minus the cost of Nova Poshta's delivery and return services.
